These Terms of Service govern access to toughberrytuning.com and purchases from Toughberry Tuning & Exhaust. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies posted on our site, subject to applicable law.

2. Products and fitment

We offer diesel tuning, exhaust and performance-related products. Product images, descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, stock levels and prices may change. Before placing an order, verify year, make, model, engine, hardware and software compatibility.

3. Legal and emissions compliance

Vehicle modification and tuning products may be restricted for emissions-controlled highway vehicles. You are responsible for ensuring any purchase, installation and use complies with applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. We do not represent that a product is legal for public-road use unless this is expressly and accurately stated.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

An order is a request to purchase and is subject to acceptance, payment validation, inventory, fraud screening and lawful supply. We may correct obvious errors and cancel orders we cannot fulfill, refunding payments as required by law. Taxes, shipping and any additional charges are shown at checkout where applicable.

Professional installation may be recommended. Performance varies with vehicle condition and configuration. No specific horsepower, fuel-economy or reliability result is guaranteed unless expressly included in a written product warranty. Improper installation or unlawful use can cause damage and safety risks.

8. Ownership and website use

Website content, logos and proprietary material belong to their respective owners. You may not interfere with site security, submit fraudulent transactions, misuse personal data or reproduce protected content without permission.
