Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We want every customer to shop with confidence. This policy explains requests for returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made through toughberrytuning.com. It is subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

30-day return window

For eligible merchandise, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return conditions

Eligible returned products must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition and packaging, and include all supplied components and proof of purchase. Items that show installation, programming, alterations or damage caused after delivery may be refused for discretionary returns.

Final-sale products

For change-of-mind returns, tune files, activated or VIN-locked tuning software, electronic control modules (ECMs), exhaust kits, race pipes, EGR kits, up-pipes, downpipes and mufflers are final sale. Custom-made and special-order goods, gift cards and clearance items may also be final sale when disclosed before purchase. This does not limit statutory rights for defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.

Restocking and freight

Approved change-of-mind returns of otherwise eligible merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If the original shipment was advertised as free shipping, the initial shipping expense may be deducted from the refund where properly disclosed and lawful. We cover reasonable return arrangements where required for goods that arrive defective or incorrect.

How to request a return

Email info@thetoughberry.com with your order number, the item name, reason for return and photographs where relevant. If the request qualifies, we will provide authorization and the correct return destination. Unapproved returns may be declined.

Damage or incorrect items

Please inspect deliveries when they arrive. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, report it promptly with photos of the item and outer packaging. We will review the issue and provide a repair, replacement, refund or other legally appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund is approved and its amount after any lawful, disclosed fees. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Orders already dispatched or custom-configured may not be cancellable, subject to applicable law. Undelivered digital products may have different cancellation eligibility from activated or delivered files.
